Grant DeGuchi joined Preston Hollow Community Capital in September 2022 as a Senior Asset Manager, focusing on surveillance and management of the PHC portfolio.
Previously, Grant was a Vice President, Credit Review Officer with Texas Capital Bank. His role included the oversight and review of the Commercial Real Estate and Homebuilder portfolios. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Vice President, Credit Underwriter with Texas Capital Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Group. Grant brings over 10 years of commercial real estate experience to PHC.
Grant received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University.
